Return Policy

We accept returns & exchanges of any service only if it was not activated or used by the customer within 3 days only. 

Services cannot be returned or exchanged if activated, or used by the customer.

We accept returns & exchanges of items that are in new condition, unaltered, in original packaging, and free of damages by the customer within 7 days only.
For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item or schedule a pick-up within 7 days from the receipt of the original order.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days of receiving the original order.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

The installation/shipping fee is not refundable.


All free or rented equipment must be returned at the end of the service period.

If the equipment was not returned within 3 days after the end of the service period we reserve the right to charge the customer the amount equal to the sale price of the equipment.


If you cancel\return\refund your order, we reserve the right to no longer accept any further orders on your behalf.


Upon the first activation, the client acknowledges that he\she has read and understood the above policies and procedures (Including all additional policies listed above) in their entirety and agrees to abide by them.
